Shipping and Return Policies Shipping Please allow 7 to 10 days for in-stock items and 14 to 21 days for special orders unless otherwise agreed upon. US standard shipping is by UPS ground. Express shipping is available for an extra fee. Please contact us for details. International shipping rates upon request.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal. All of our products are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with your selection please return it to Frank's Center, Ins for a full refund of the purchase price, less postage and insurance within 10 days of receipt of your order. The products must be in new unused condition. It is important that you contact us so that we can help you arrange your return in order to receive a prompt refund. Just call or email us at sales@frankscenterinc.com with your reason for your return along with your invoice number and contact information.
All items offered are subject to availability. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If for some reason an item is out of stock you will be contacted immediately to let you know when to expect it. Or, if you prefer you may make an alternate selection or cancel your order. We will only charge your credit card when your order is shipped.
